Donations
Duchess of Kent House Charity can only continue to support the Hospice through the generosity of our sponsors and donations. We try to make it as easy as possible to make donations through all of these methods:
By regular giving through creating a Direct Debit
- The most efficient and cost-effective way to support the Charity is through regular monthly donations via direct debit. It means that you do not have to remember to make a donation as the amount that you have set is automatically transferred via your bank and the administration costs are kept low so more of your donation goes straight to helping the Charity.
Please Click here to set up online Direct Debit.
By an individual donation (cheque or cash)
- Cheques should be made payable to 'Duchess of Kent House Charity' and should be sent to the Fundraising Office - the address can be found here
-
Cash can be donated to the Fundraising Office during office hours (please do not post cash to us) or deposited at most High St banks. Our account details are:

Ask friends & family to donate to the Charity
- In lieu of anniversary, birthday, wedding and other special occasion gifts. We can provide personalised letters and envelopes for you to formalise the gift.
By regular giving through Give As You Earn (GAYE).
- Available where your employer is registered to administer this scheme. Please ask for further details.
By undertaking a Sponsored Charity Event
- Individualised sponsorship forms, T- shirts and display material available. Setting up a JustGiving page on the web for your event makes it easier for you to secure and collect sponsorship and Gift Aid is automatically claimed for the charity when a sponsor is a UK taxpayer who agrees to it being applied.
